This sample letter will demonstrate how a typical business letter is written

Dear Rooney:
I like to confirm the outcome of the meeting which we had last week, at which we made an agreement to have a series of meetings for the next two months to review the experiences which you had with the 1-to-1 Customer Relationship Management Program.

As per our discussion at the meeting, the objectives of our continuous series of review sessions is:

* To find out through assessment if the program is effective overall.
* To identify the strengths and weaknesses of our program and document them.
* To Provide solutions which are customer-focused in the areas of weakness
* To develop an approach for the project’s Phase 2 along with an action plan

As agreed before, we will have a meeting once in every second wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm, and the location of the meeting will alternate between our offices.

We look forward to meet you on 17th of August.
